Until restrictions ease; we ask that you use the sauna in groups of 6 or less (or household pod) as per Gov. Canada recommendations.

We clean and sanitize our saunas after EACH use with NATURAL GovCanada approved C-19 spa disinfectants

What we are doing:

Cleanliness: We have always had a strict cleaning protocol in the saunas. The saunas are cleaned and sanitized after each private booking and we use Government of Canada approved cleaning agents.

Bookings: All bookings are now private and each customer is advised to keep the sauna use within their household. Sauna drop-off and pick-up is contactless. **Please sign your waivers ahead of time.

Research: Keeping it factual. There are lots of confusing and misleading information out there about the COVID-19 virus. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND SAUNA AS AN ANTIDOTE TO COVID-19. What we do know is that sauna use does have beneficial impacts on your health and well-being. It is a preventive measure, along with a healthy diet and exercise.
