WHAT’S INCLUDED?
The sauna will be “fired-up” and ready for you at arrival.
Our staff will walk you through best practices and fire management using our supplied firewood so that YOU ARE IN CONTROL of your sauna fire and heat!
A cold shower for cold-water-therapy, and pre/post sauna cleansing.
Aromatherapy essential oils from Clarity Apocothary.
WHAT DO I BRING?

This is a RUGGED WEST COAST EXPERIENCE! Due to the nature of our saunas, it is best to arrive READY to sauna (bathing suit on under street clothes and sandals on) PLEASE carry with you ONLY the items that are SUGGESTED as SPACE IS LIMITED!
1) SWIMSUIT small change room @ sauna, please leave bulky items and valuables in your vehicle.
2) TOWEL to sit on, and dry off in between hot room sessions; showers; or polar-dips.
3) WATER to keep hydrated.
4) SANDALS or other suitable footwear for inside of sauna and walking around sauna decking/grass/beach etc.
5) BAG/BACKPACK for carrying belongings from the change room to the sauna.
Please leave other belongings/valuables at your campsite/cabin/vehicle as space is limited!

Please find parking across from Guest Services and Registration.
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your booking - our staff will meet you outside of Guest Services building (see map below) to direct you to the changing area and sauna.
Dress for the weather! We encourage the general public to carry a bag or backpack to hold personal belongings in between the change-area/washroom and Sauna and leave bulky/excess items in their vehicles.
RESORT GUESTS: Please meet our staff at the sauna at the time indicated in your booking email!
